Egyptian Yuldong

2020
Digital illustration, Pattern and Textile design
Inspired by ancient Egyptian wall paintings, this work builds a rhythm of movement across a flat surface. “Yuldong” means rhythm in Korean, and it is also the name of a park near where I live. On a bright, sunny day, I translated the repeated movements of people walking through the park into a single frame.
