For this project, I set up a complete affiliate and influencer marketing system for a Shopify store to help the business recruit, manage, and scale partnerships with both affiliates and influencers.

The goal was to create a structured system where individuals can promote the store’s products, drive traffic, and earn commissions or rewards based on performance.

I built a clear framework for onboarding partners, tracking their performance, and managing payouts in a smooth and organized way.

This included setting up a simple process for recruiting both affiliates and influencers, ensuring they can easily join, promote products, and get rewarded based on results.

The system was designed to increase brand visibility, boost traffic, and drive consistent sales through trusted creators and partners.
