Receipts: checks everything a repository claims against what backs it. Badges vs the LICENSE and packaging metadata, README examples vs the functions and flags the code defines, requires-python vs the syntax actually shipped, release notes vs the commits in the range. Each claim is contradicted, has nothing behind it, no longer matches, or is listed as not checked with a reason.
