The Lynn Food Security Task Force was formed during the initial onset of Covid-19. The impact that Covid-19 had on the community and shined a light on food insecurity in the city. The Task Force's first initiative was to secure nutritional foods to the families of Lynn. With Supply chains in disarray, the idea was to secure food from local farms and deliver them directly to the families of Lynn. Forming the program Farm Stand To Door.
