Last mile delivery solution

I've successfully overseen the entire development process of a last-mile delivery system, a comprehensive SaaS platform. This platform includes a web application for depot managers to manage customer orders through interactive maps, allocate tasks to drivers, and monitor deliveries, all built on Angular and Dotnet Core. The project also encompasses a sophisticated dashboard for delivery analysis and planning, incorporating algorithms for efficient order allocation and shortest path optimization.

Additionally, a user-friendly driver app was created to enable riders to view and fulfill customer orders, capturing proof of delivery. The system is rounded out by a customer tracking component, providing real-time insights. This experience highlights my ability to lead projects from conceptualization to final deployment, leveraging a combination of technical expertise and business acumen.
