Three small developer tools: aiwatch, api-diff, envcheck

Three small command-line tools I wrote to solve problems I kept running into. Each one is a single-purpose Python package with tests, CI and documentation.
aiwatch: local-first LLM usage and cost tracking. It wraps the official OpenAI, Anthropic and Gemini SDKs and records tokens, latency, errors and estimated cost for every call into a local SQLite file. No server and no account. You run your script with tracking on, then ask for a report grouped by model or feature.
api-diff: detects breaking changes between two OpenAPI specifications. It works as a CLI, a GitHub Action or a test assertion, and exits with an error if a change would break existing clients. For production CI the mature oasdiff tool is a better choice. I wrote this one mainly to learn the problem properly.
envcheck: declare the development environment a project needs in one file, such as tool versions, running services, ports and environment variables, then check it with one command locally or in CI. It is a generic doctor command in the spirit of flutter doctor.
Status: all three are version 0.1.0 and not yet published to PyPI. These are personal projects. Code is on my GitHub: chaitanya-mhetre, repositories aiwatch, api-diff and envcheck.
