Photo Retouching Face & Shirt

I am new to freelancing and have no clients to list yet. This is an exercise file from a course I took; the image can be found at Pexels.com.

This handsome face could use a little help! I avoided removing any permanent distractions in the face. I did go after all the stuff that time would heal. Part of the exercise demonstrated fixing clothing. I fixed a couple of wrinkles and clone-brushed in a new seam on one shoulder. I used Affinity Photo 2, both the clone brush and inpainting tools. I added an HSL to desaturate the background a little and tone down the reds in the subject's face.
