At TikTok, I worked on advocacy and allyship during 5 main projects at TikTok: (1) Enhanced LGBTQ Inclusion on TikTok's platform, (2) an Allyship and Inclusion "Creator Toolkit", (3) Expansion of Community Based Moderation, (4) a TikTok DEI Town Hall event for creators, and (5) developing a TikTok DEI Program for 300+ of TikTok's creators.
