Pub Beer x Portland Timbers

Illustrated a collection of apparel for Pub Beer's official partnership with the Portland Timbers, translating their #CheapFun brand voice into wearable art.

When Pub Beer became an official craft partner of the Portland Timbers, 10 Barrel’s Brand Director and Pub Beer’s Senior Brand Manager brought me in directly to illustrate a run of collaboration merch.

Staying true to their #CheapFun roots, I designed the artwork for the t-shirt line, along with an unreleased hooligan scarf concept.

Considered one of the best mascots of all time, we knew we had to give Timber Joey the Pub Beer treatments. Let’s just say these sold QUICK.

With 10 Barrel’s Pub Beer being named the official Patio Beer, we knew the partnership wouldn’t be complete until the unveiling of the World’s Smallest Dive Bar, featuring all the fixings that make for a bar a true dive, including a dart board, pool cues, and Pub Beer neon lights leading to the taps.

Incorporating the icon 10 from 10 Barrel’s logo, we created a jersey style tee that exemplifies the Timber’s most badass slogan, “Rose City ‘til I die!”

No hooligan’s kit is complete without a proper scarf to wave incessantly every time their beloved team scores. Now you can also do it every time you drink a Pub Beer.
