Customer Service for a clothing brand in Miami. I created a system for answering common questions, organized data and messages, emails, etc. depending on the subject and inquiry from the client. I'm in charge of answering every single email, message, and inquiry the brand receives. And even though, it's not a huge brand, we get a lot of emails and messages over social media. I give answers and solutions to clients. Overall, my client now has efficient, effective, and fast customer service thanks to my system.
