Investigating user needs, competitor apps, and market trends to understand what features customers want in a courier service app (e.g., real-time tracking, easy booking).
User Flow
Mapping the step-by-step journey a user takes in the app — from signing in, booking a delivery, tracking a parcel, to confirming receipt.
Hi-Fidelity
Detailed and polished screen designs that closely resemble the final app, including real images, icons, colors, and layout for the courier service features.
Final UI
The complete and developer-ready user interface with all design elements and interactions fully refined for the courier service app.
Prototype
