Restructured clogged navigation menu for an internal tool as a result of user feedback. Here’s a summary of the process:
Properly categorized and restructured all menu options. This process only involved a few team members due to budget constraints.
Created low and high fidelity mockups (including custom icon sets) along with menu animations (this was shared and revised by Product Manager, CEO and Marketing teams).
Created HTML template and shared with dev team.
