This is the Africarare Fashion District. It's over 3,500 square meters of built area in 3D.
The project was completely created from scratch based on the client's basic references:

The environment Archtecture design was done by Amanda Duarte. She is my wife and we have done more hundreds beautiful builds together.
With the plans and details drawn together with the new references, my work was to combine everything into a completely original environment created with the intention of being at the same time:
Beautiful,
Super lightweight,
and perfectly in line with the references.
The result was an optimized GLB project for all purposes. With 2K textures, the entire environment has the quality that can be seen below, with only 14.2Mb and 27.7Mb in 4K with 4x more resolution.
