I created this blank two-page workflow template to keep Google Maps audit observations traceable. The measurement register records a timestamp, source file, valid point count and cutoff notes for each of seven agreed search terms.

The second page turns an evidenced finding into an action: exact location or URL, current state, target state, implementation steps, owner, verification and limitations. It can be copied for each of the five priorities in Package B. The source PDF has 41 fillable fields; both pages are previewed here.

The template keeps missing data separate from measured results and links recommendations to supporting evidence. The agency handles implementation. All collaboration is written, without calls or account access.

This is my own blank workflow sample, not a client case study or completed audit. It contains no new measurements or claimed ranking improvement.
