CGI : THE WHITE HOUSE

How are you people ??? long time no see, I've been away for long time because, I had been busy in projects and were juggling between freelancing and daily job, ahh you know the feeling right.

This time though, I thought about making a case study of this beautiful work that I did for a real-estate client from Germany. this way I can share the process of doing something like this and along with this I'll show this beautiful white villa that I did. also this way you can learn some things about the process too. so enjoy...

SO in this project client wanted to sell the house but because house was on slope and was bit old, so the potential buyers weren't be able to understand how house will look after the renovation. But he had some ideas about making the second floor, new railings, doors and do some redesigning to the house. So first he sent me drone photo and bunch of old plans of the house. so overall goal was to make the 3d visuals of the house about like how it'll look after the refurbishments for selling it obviously right.. but the challenge was that there were no proper plans of the house it was just bits and pieces of the old house plans and 1 drone shot and 1 interior photo, and also the challenge was to get the proportion right from just photos... first the house was on slope on road side (on x axes) but also the house was on the mountain so it was on slope (on y axis) too. i was like dammn....

So i took this project as a challenge and thought like lets see what we can do with this, and told client to get me video from all around the house to understand the structure better. below are some snaps from the videos that client took.

So after some here and there i provided him the basic modeling snap, then clay render and after that did some changes as per client suggested. below are some snaps of that work.
