Cecile Core recently launched her website as a holistic coach, but she noticed that potential customers often struggled to understand her offerings.
Services
After conducting a design audit, I identified issues with content structure and visual hierarchy. I collaborated with Cecile to clarify her services and made visual and content revisions to address these gaps.
Bonuses
I also setup a signup form for new leads using Flodesk.
Created an SOP document for how to publish website changes to GitHub, so that the client felt confident doing updates herself.
Result
Shortly after the project was completed, Cecile participated in two large community events where she promoted her services to new audiences. She reported that her website traffic and bookings were the highest they’ve ever been!
