A complete mainstage motion package for Ostrevane Summit 2026, a fictional enterprise tech conference, all animated from one set of annotated style frames so colors, timing, easing and keyframe states match across every piece.
A 5:00 pre-show ambient loop whose last frame flows into its first.
A 3:00 countdown that speeds its pulse from 72 to 128 beats a minute and goes full screen for the final ten seconds.
A self-sizing speaker lower-third template with 16 name swaps on transparent backgrounds.
Walk-on and walk-off transitions for three segments.
Three 15-second hold loops with subtle motion.
Four full-screen typography moments.
Bumpers of 6, 8 and 10 seconds.
A 25-second open for the awards presentation.
Everything is 1920x1080 at 30 fps, built in code and rendered with FFmpeg.
