Selected-file CSV and XLSX Export Contribution

A focused contribution to the existing open-source Hash Report Tool. My patch adds FIPS SHA3-256 to its reporting paths and genuine XLSX export for selected evidence files, while preserving the existing Email CSV workflow.

I addressed a delayed-read bug that could misalign email row numbers, subjects and digests when files finished reading out of order. Pending or failed reads block export, and one failed file no longer strands later files in the queue.

Validation recorded with the submitted patch: 18 Node tests passed; real browser uploads and six downloaded reports passed format and digest checks. CSV and XLSX readback checked escaping and selected-file exclusion. PDF and DOCX extraction checked expected labels and digests.

This is my original patch to an existing project, not a claim that I created the upstream application. Upstream authorship and third-party library licenses remain preserved. PR44 is submitted and awaiting review; no merge, client endorsement or payment is claimed. Whole-file processing and an existing narrow-screen header overflow remain documented limitations.
