n8n Lead Intake & Human Review Workflow

Internal technical demo — synthetic data

Internal automation demo built and tested in n8n 2.42.6 using synthetic lead data. The workflow validates required fields, normalizes email and phone data, routes incomplete or ambiguous cases to human review, creates a structured internal summary and prepares a reply draft while keeping autonomous_send=false.

Verification The core intake/review logic was executed inside a real n8n runtime across six asserted synthetic cases. No client credentials, real customer data or production messaging were used.
