A marketing site built to keep up with a fast-moving AI company
Avallon builds AI agents for insurance claims operations, automating repetitive work across calls, emails, documents, and claims systems. The company is part of Y Combinator and has since announced a $4.6M seed round.
The website needed to make a technically complex product understandable quickly, while giving the team enough flexibility to keep shipping new product messaging, customer stories, and content without rebuilding the site every time.

Why Framer ?
Framer was a good fit because the marketing team needed speed without giving up control over the visual experience.
Instead of treating the site as a collection of static pages, the project focused on creating a reusable system that could grow alongside the product.
The setup included responsive components, CMS-driven content, custom interactions, tracking, SEO foundations, and a structure the team could maintain after launch.
CMS built for continued growth
CMS collections were used for content that needed to scale independently from the main marketing pages.
This gave the team a cleaner way to manage repeatable content and expand the site without manually recreating layouts.
Custom Framer development
The build also included custom code where standard Framer functionality was not enough.
That covered more advanced interactions, embedded media behaviour, tracking requirements, and smaller functional details needed to make the final site feel like a polished product rather than a template.
Tracking, performance and SEO
The production setup went beyond visual development.
Analytics and tracking were configured so the team could understand how visitors interact with the site, while technical SEO foundations helped make the growing content structure easier for search engines to understand.
The final pass covered responsive QA, performance, metadata, indexing basics, and launch readiness.
The result
Avallon ended up with a marketing site that can evolve alongside a rapidly changing product.
The structure supports product storytelling, customer case studies, new content, and ongoing iteration without forcing the team back into a full redesign every time the company changes direction.
Today, the site supports a much broader product story, customer proof, pricing, security content, and multiple AI claims workflows within the same Framer system.
