Stepflow SaaS Application
I designed and built a SaaS project management tool in collaboration with another developer. We went through several design iterations and used Angular + Firebase as our tech stack.
Problem
When working with collaborators outside your organization often times projects become disorganized, key information gets missed, and productivity decreases.
Solution
The product is an external collaboration tool that brings everyone together in a simple workflow. Create the steps of the workflow and then add blocks to store your content. Blocks offer an easy way to add the content you need, in the format that works best. Image gallery, table, PDF, and embed blocks are just a few of the options available!
What you end up with is a simple document that combines all the information you need to get a project done in one place. This becomes the common reference point everyone can look to.
Each step of the workflow was comprised of dynamic widgets, i.e checklists, files, table, etc.
Adding a new step let you set it's status, which was then reflected on the left sidebar.
Share dialog with unique link generation and email project invites.
Project listing screen with the ability to filter by projects you created or that have been shared with you.
