Developed and successfully deployed a Vessel Management System to the production environment for managing vessel operations and user administration. Responsible for ongoing application maintenance and production support, including user lifecycle management (user creation, activation, and deactivation), vessel onboarding with captain and TSI assignment, and resolving operational issues reported by captains and TSIs. Implemented an email notification system to provide timely guidance and support for nearby ports, ensuring effective communication and uninterrupted vessel operations through the mobile application.
