In this project, I developed a comprehensive company internal system to manage telephone call data that can also generate customized reports. I designed a small automation that automatically retrieved and processed flat files from the proprietary system, and then uploaded the data into a SQL database on a Microsoft Server. After this, I built the front end with various tabs and features to display the information and enable management to drill down into phone call-related details, including international, national, local, mobile, and landline incoming and outgoing calls. The website also allowed users to export data in CSV or PDF formats. This system greatly streamlined call data management and report generation, improving the overall efficiency of the company's communication processes.
