Freshers who are shown empathy by the employers and are taken in because of their soft-skills and trained, will value the organization with their whole hearts their entire lives, they will be emotionally attached to that organization and will be more than willing to turn down better offers later in their career just because the way they were treated by their organization, this is how you solve increasing turn-over rates and maintain employee retention, hire young blood, give them the chance to learn and prove themselves, who in-turn will become the leaders who pour out their heart and soul for the success of their organization.
