Contra is an online platform that streamlines the process of connecting businesses and individuals with top-notch freelance talent. Our paid project flow is designed to make it easy for both clients and freelancers to manage all aspects of a project, from sending proposals and generating contracts to managing deliverables, chatting, and payments. Our goal is to create a seamless experience that allows clients to easily find and hire the right freelancer for their project and for freelancers to manage multiple relationships and easily land new projects. One of the unique features of Contra is the flexibility of project types available. In addition to the traditional fixed fee and hourly rate projects, we also offer Milestone, Weekly Recurring and Monthly Recurring projects. Milestone projects allow freelancers to get paid as they meet certain milestones within a project's lifecycle, which is great for high-value projects with multiple deliverables over time. Weekly recurring and Monthly recurring projects are perfect for projects where deliverables are consistent on a weekly or monthly basis, respectively.

We are continuously working on improving the user experience of Contra, with a focus on making it easier to manage multiple Independent <> Client relationships. In the near future, we will be adding more flexible ways to get paid, such as invoicing and hourly rate ongoing projects.
