Behind Japanese Sushi

For a food that's so world-famous, when I surveyed Sushi's history and origin, I found. out that its origin and evolution are surprisingly unknown to most of us, as well as Sushi eaters. Although the origin of Sushi didn't come from Japan in the beginning, Japan did relovutionise the cuisine and pave the way for the modern-day Sushi we know and love.
