InventoTrack is a software application intended for enterprise resource planning (ERP). The customer's experience interacting with the program and obtaining inventory details is intended to be simplified. Customers or users can track their inventories by interacting with an intuitive interface provided by InventoTrack.

The major functions that InventoTrack performs are described as follows:

• Stock tracking: Accurate insights into stock levels can be obtained by tracking and monitoring product quantities in real-time.

• Inventory valuation: Determine the overall value of the inventory for use in financial reporting and decision-making by applying various costing techniques (e.g., weighted average, FIFO, and LIFO).

• Order management: oversee the creation and delivery of orders and issue purchase orders when stock levels are low.

• Demand forecasting: Assist with stock replenishment planning by predicting future demand using historical data and algorithms.

• Reorder Point and Safety Stock: To avoid stockouts and guarantee sufficient buffer stock, establish reorder points and safety stock levels.

• Supplier Management: To guarantee prompt and high-quality product deliveries, keep track of supplier information, performance reviews, and communications.

• Multi-location Support: Track transfers and maximize distribution while managing inventory across several sites, warehouses, or retail establishments.

• Inventory Reports: To help you make wise decisions, generate a variety of reports on stock turnover, aging analysis, and sales history.

• Inventory Optimization: To optimize stock levels and lower carrying costs while maintaining product availability, apply algorithms and techniques.

• Barcode and RFID Integration: Use barcode or RFID technology to manage inventory, track it effectively, and cut down on human error.
