Naturalistic Distracted Driving Detection

● Developed a distracted driving detection system using Python and PyTorch on the W A VE HPC machine to improve traffic safety

● Utilized Multi-Camera Vehicle Tracking technology to enhance detection accuracy by 3x

● Employed Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) to achieve ~70% accuracy in detecting distracted driving

● Presented findings at Santa Clara University’s School of Engineering Design Conference and wrote a paper on the findings
