In 2022, I led a team in the content production of Treasure Hill's "What Do You Treasure?" campaign, creating a library of assets for the client and their agency partners to use in their marketing efforts for the year.

The Client

The mission of Treasure Hill is to enrich life in every home they create. They're in the business of crafting exceptional living experiences, and Treasure Hill's signature blend of meticulously designed floor plans, an unwavering commitment to craftsmanship, the use of premium materials, and exceptional affordability, make that clear. Every Treasure Hill home exudes a commitment to the highest standard of living, with luxurious features that set a new benchmark in large-scale home development.

The Challenge

Treasure Hill was building out their 2022 marketing campaign, "What Do You Treasure?". Central to this initiative was the creation of their annual TV commercial and the photo and video assets that would flesh out the rest of the campaign. The challenge at hand was to conceptualize a captivating and attention-grabbing campaign that would not only engage viewers but also position Treasure Hill as the premier choice for those seeking their dream homes.

The Solution

We built the "What Do You Treasure?" campaign around influential experts, highlighting what they cherish. This approach aimed to connect viewers' aspirations with Treasure Hill's craftsmanship, making them see Treasure Hill homes as the realization of their desires.

The Work

Over a concentrated three-month period, we undertook a comprehensive process to bring the "What Do You Treasure?" campaign to life. Our efforts encompassed the development of creative concepts, content production, and the delivery of photo and video assets, all designed to form the core of the campaign.
With projects of this nature, where spontaneity and authentic responses are key, there's always a sense of anticipation as we work with the talent. The experts we engaged were nothing short of phenomenal, and they each contributed to telling a compelling story for Treasure Hill.
Post-production followed the production phase, and in close collaboration with our team, we meticulously crafted 12 video deliverables and 28 photo deliverables to align seamlessly with Treasure Hill's brand aesthetic, ensuring the final output was a reflection of the brand's values and aspirations.

The Results

The broadcast commercial, at the heart of the campaign, enjoyed an impressive 12-month run, reaching and engaging audiences over an extended period. The campaign's social media cuts found their place on the client's social platforms, further extending the campaign's reach and resonance.
Notably, the campaign's other content continues to garner daily views, indicating its lasting impact and enduring relevance. In the wake of this project, Treasure Hill experienced some of its most successful years to date. These outcomes reflect not only the client's contentment but also the campaign's effectiveness in leaving a lasting impression on Treasure Hill's audience, ultimately contributing to the brand's sustained success.
