- Created the Black Valley jobs platform with a team of three engineers using Webflow's headless CMS API with Next.js SSR technology to generate dynamically rendered content on the job postings site

- Onboarded junior, entry-level, and early-career developers from remote positions around the globe to the project and assisted in assigning and maintaining their tasks

- Designed and developed primary UI components and optimized styling protocols with the use of higher order React components, Styled components, and a defined style guide in order to maintain overall code quality and cleanliness
