Bert Paige Portfolio - Case Studies

Bert Paige is a Motion Designer with incredible work for innovative companies like InstaCart and Lyft; when he began the search for a new job, his goal was to showcase his unique personality, design process, and attention-grabbing projects.

By leveraging Framer's built-in tools, we were able to create a portfolio site that draws a visitor's attention, compelling them to explore Bert's work.

Our primary focus was on his projects; by building an intricate CMS system linked to multiple image, video, and text components, I was able to make a CMS system that was simple to use, but able to display a wide variety of content.

For Bert's portfolio, the CMS needed to handle a wide range of content types across images, GIFs, videos, and succinct text descriptions. In addition, all of this work needed to scale thoughtfully across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

As luck would have it, Framer recently launched an update to their CMS system. Instead of relying on hardcoded image sections, I was able to design a few components that could handle any format, number of images, or device size automatically. This ensured that Bert has a flexible system to adapt and evolve for his projects over time.

With a portfolio that speaks to his sensibilities, process, and high-quality results, Bert is receiving a deluge of interview requests.
