The project began as a simple design refresh. It quickly expanded into a full website overhaul due to deeper structural and performance issues.

The existing site lacked proper maintenance, had no scalable CMS, and delivered a weak user experience with slow performance and limited brand impact.

Originally tasked with design updates, the project evolved into a full website revamp due to maintenance issues. I introduced an intuitive CMS, enhanced the user experience with engaging animations, and optimized both SEO and site speed. I also created two animated marketing landing pages that elevated the brand presence. The result was a visually stunning, efficient, and user-friendly website.
