Fix Departures: B2B Group Flight Booking Platform

Fix Departures is a group-travel operator in India that sells group seats and chartered flights to travel agents. Bookings ran through phone calls, WhatsApp and spreadsheets: prices were quoted from memory, seat counts lived in people's heads, and reconciliation happened at month end. There was no reliable record of what had been agreed.

A public website with an enquiry form that never shows prices
