Apple Watch Conceptual Ad Campaign — AI-Assisted Hybrid Workflow This campaign was an experiment in high-speed, premium visual production. The objective was to create a cohesive luxury brand aesthetic while maintaining strict control over the final output.
My Hybrid Design Process: I utilized a professional hybrid workflow that bridges the gap between AI generation and manual design engineering:
AI-Assisted Ideation & Base Production: To optimize the production timeline, I leveraged advanced AI diffusion models to generate the core atmospheric textures, high-end metallic reflections, and neon light behaviors. This allowed for rapid visualization of complex concepts that would typically require hours of 3D rendering.
Human-in-the-Loop Refinement (The Agency Standard): As a designer, I treated the raw AI output as a draft. I then imported these assets into Adobe Photoshop for professional-grade finishing, which included:
Vector Branding: Removing AI-generated distorted logos and manually integrating clean, vector-based Apple branding.
Typographic Hierarchy: Implementing precise, readable, and aesthetic typography systems that follow luxury brand guidelines—something AI currently struggles to achieve consistently.
Technical Slicing: Manually slicing the final grid into optimized vertical (4:5) social media assets and widescreen (16:9) campaign banners.
The Result: A premium-tier campaign delivered at a fraction of the traditional production time, proving that AI does not replace the designer's eye, but rather supercharges the design execution.
