"In the Mouth of the Wolf" is a profound eight-year photographic odyssey (2015 - 2022) that captures the heart and soul of Rome through the art of analog photography. With a Leica M6 camera, a flash, and rolls of 35mm film, this project transforms everyday scenes on Rome's streets into timeless visual narratives, delving deep into the city's quotidian life and historic tapestry.
Embodying the spirit of the Italian adage "in bocca al lupo" (in the mouth of the wolf), akin to wishing good luck or facing the unknown with courage, this series weaves the essence of Rome with the boldness of venturing into the wolf's mouth.
