Development of Telegram Automation Platform

Many businesses already receive customer requests through Telegram. The problem is what happens after the first message. Someone still has to collect the required information, check documents, copy data into internal systems, route the request to the right employee, follow up on missing details and keep the customer updated. I built a Telegram Client Operations Platform to automate that workflow. In this example, a customer can describe a shipment request in natural language, upload supporting documents and continue the process directly in Telegram. The system automatically: • extracts structured data from natural-language messages • processes and validates uploaded documents • identifies missing information • creates and updates a structured business case • synchronizes Telegram with the operations dashboard • routes requests through a controlled workflow • monitors SLA and operational status • keeps a complete audit history I also added an AI operations copilot connected to real backend state. It can explain why a case is blocked and prepare actions, but important changes require explicit human confirmation before execution. The Telegram bot is only the customer-facing layer. Behind it is a complete operational system built with Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, Telegram APIs and AI-assisted workflows. The same architecture can be adapted for logistics, recruitment, real estate, education, travel, maritime and other process-heavy businesses. Portfolio project built with synthetic data.
