96 Cals, 7.5g Net Carbs, 2g Fat, 12.5g Protein ✳️ Ingredients for Base of Cheesecake:
453g (2 Cup) Plain or Vanilla Nonfat Greek Yogurt
90mL (1/3 Cup) Almond Milk
224g (1 Cup) Fat Free Cream Cheese
48g (1/4 Cup) Granular Sugar Substitute (I used Swerve)
1 Scoop Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Powder (@htltsupps - code nickkaz saves $$)
1 Medium Egg
20g (1/4 Cup) Cocoa Powder ✳️ Ingredients for Nutella:
180mL (3/4 Cup) Almond Milk
2 Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder - 25% whey/75% casein is ideal
40g (1/4 Cups + 1tbsp) Raw Hazelnuts
16g (1tbsp + 1tsp) Granular Sugar Substitute (I used Swerve)
10g (2 tbsp) Cocoa Powder
1g (1/2 tsp) Salt
1g (1 tsp) Xanthan Gum (*optional* - adds thickness) 😮 Recipe above makes 21 tbsp and I used/counted for 6 tbsp in macros 👉 Also, everything above gets blended after hazelnuts are roasted and everything is blended (check my Nutella recipe for more details) ✳️ Ingredients for Topping:
Whipped Cream (*optional*)
2 Oreos, Crushed 👉 Everything that is optional is NOT included in da macros ✳️ Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grab mixing bowl or blender. Add ingredients for base of cheesecake. Mix or blend well.
3. Spray or add parchment paper to 3 large circular baking dishes.
4. Add mixed cheesecake to the dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes until passed toothpick test.
5. Let cheesecake cool for 15+ minutes and add Nutella and ingredients for topping. Then enjoy!”.
