Redemptive Labs Keepsake Design Project

Digital Mission Ventures (DMV) is building a redemptive ecosystem across Southeast Asia by bringing together founders, funders, mentors, and partners who want to steward business for Kingdom impact. For their annual Redemptive Labs programme, a three-day, in-person gathering for early-stage founders, I was brought in to design and produce a set of meaningful keepsakes for the mentors and fellows participating in the experience. From early concept development to final production, I oversaw the project end-to-end. The goal was to create something simple but meaningful that participants could keep as a reminder. The final set encouraged participants to leave notes of encouragement for one another, along with custom photocards and commemorative stickers marking their time at Redemptive Labs. What made the project especially meaningful was seeing these items become part of the experience itself, participants exchanging handwritten notes, affirmations, and reflections throughout the programme.
