AARYX Blueprint — Business Risk Diagnostic

AARYX Blueprint is an interactive business diagnostic designed to identify follow-through and workflow risks in service businesses. It turns structured responses into a practical, recommended next step, giving a service-business owner a clear read on where their operation is leaking trust and revenue.

Service businesses run on follow-through, but owners rarely have a structured way to see where commitments break down, where communication slips, and which workflows are silently failing. Problems stay invisible until they cost a client.

I shaped the product strategy, the assessment logic, and the user experience, then developed and deployed the diagnostic into a live web application. The system asks structured questions, evaluates the responses against follow-through and workflow-risk patterns, and returns a prioritized recommendation.
