CallSense is a SaaS Application call center based AI Automation analysis generation project where callcenter will register and they will add companies and assign perticular number of agents to their companies. After uploading the data of companies agents will be able to analyze the data of all audio calls to get all the targeted sentiment analysis to improve their customers feedback stack and worth.
