My role at Volt Workforce was as a IOS technician, whenever a customer was in need of assistance with there IOS device it was my duty to assist in any way possible. It was also my job to record the entire interaction with the customer in detailed reports so that if the customers issue is not resolved on the first visit with us, the next IOS technician will know what to do. All of the steps that were used to assist the customer detailed in the report. This way they can further assist without repeating the same system resets previously done on the device.
