New Joiner Dashboard Redesign

The Employee Engagement department approached us with a familiar but often overlooked problem: the new joiner dashboard—a slide meant to orient and inform incoming employees—was dense, data-heavy, and lacked any emotional resonance.

Though functional, the existing layout failed to reflect the organization’s welcoming culture and missed the opportunity to make a meaningful first impression. The team was seeking a creative reimagining of this slide—something that could:

Our approach was to transform the dashboard from a static slide into a visually rich, story-driven experience. We infused life into the data through a combination of thoughtful layout, animated elements, and custom illustrations designed specifically for the onboarding context.
