This project involved the preparation of a wealth statement and wealth reconciliation statement for tax purposes for the year June 2023.

The scope of work for this project included the following:

Gathering information from the client about their assets and liabilities

Reviewing and verifying the information gathered

Preparing the wealth statement and wealth reconciliation statement

Providing the client with a consultation to explain the statements and answer any questions

The main challenge of this project was gathering accurate and complete information from the client. The client had very little knowledge about these workings, and it was important to ensure that all of their assets and liabilities were properly identified and valued.

The project was successfully completed on time before 30 September 2023 which was the last date for submitting for income tax return and within budget. The client was satisfied with the results and expressed appreciation for the professional and thorough service provided.
