Durex came up with a new product - the Close Fit Invisible, India's first close fit thin condoms to cater to the Indian market and lower the divide between unprotected sex vs protected sex (which stands at only 9%)
It was a big launch consequently the number of people working on this project was also vast from the in-house strategy + creative team to the outsourced production team. Everything had to be managed perfectly
As the project lead it was my job to oversee and govern content, from ideation to production across multiple markets to achieve business goals
