The first half is Guided Energy and the second optional portion is either Q & A or something unique to the energetic time frame in which the class is, or some grounding time- depends what the group wants The beginning 30 min of the sessions are a combination of simple breathwork, intuitive energy shifting and grounding the new frequency into the body.
