Girlboss is a premier community and resource hub dedicated to redefining success for women. To support their mission of providing actionable advice and inspiration, I was brought on to translate their vibrant, empowering brand identity into a cohesive suite of digital assets across multiple platforms.

The goal was to scale Girlboss’s visual presence by creating high-impact social media and web assets that adhered strictly to established brand guidelines while maintaining a fresh, modern aesthetic. The project required a versatile design approach to support diverse content pillars, from podcast promotion to career opportunities.

I developed a comprehensive library of assets designed for high engagement and seamless cross-platform integration:
Social Media Storytelling: Created dynamic Instagram Stories and static posts designed to stop the scroll. This included bespoke templates for community highlights, educational carousels, and promotional announcements.
Podcast Support: Developed a full range of digital assets for the Girlboss podcast network. This involved designing web banners, featured images, and social-first graphics tailored to specific episodes and guest features.
Talent & Career Visuals: Designed creative layouts to showcase new job postings on the Girlboss Job Board, ensuring professional opportunities were presented with the brand’s signature visual flair.
Multi-Format Web Assets: Produced a variety of digital banners and featured images for the Girlboss website, ensuring a consistent user experience from social discovery to on-site reading.

Working within existing brand guidelines, I focused on creative typography, bold color palettes, and strategic layouts. Every asset was optimized for its specific environment—whether that meant maximizing readability for mobile-first Instagram users or ensuring high-resolution clarity for desktop web banners.
