Video Transcribing Automation

This was a system I built for a media production client who used to spend ~3 hours manually transcribing each video.
Now, all they do is drop the video into a folder. That triggers the automation:
It picks up the video and runs transcription automatically.
The AI goes through the raw transcription and cleans it up, removing filler, tightening phrasing, and making the structure more readable.
The refined file is sent out via email as a Word doc.
Client also wanted a local copy, so the system saves it directly to a specified folder on their desktop.
The transcribed file is both stored on the cloud (Google Docs) as well as locally.
This is a good snapshot of how I work with clients: dive into their world, listen hard, and actually care about the details.
Most of the time, people come in thinking they need help with X, but once we dig into how their business works, it is clear X is just the tip of it. The real leverage usually shows up in the blind spots.
My process is not just about solving the problem they came with. It is about asking better questions, mapping workflows, spotting friction they have just accepted as normal, and then building systems that quietly erase it. This is where the real wins live. Not in big ideas. In operational details nobody bothered to question.
Once you understand the mechanics of the business, finding the right system is pretty straightforward. And once it is in place, the team feels the lift immediately, less manual work, fewer errors, faster outputs.
That is the aim.
