Urban air mobility strategy & implementation project

Developed strategy and worked on the implementation of an urban air mobility project for a transport operator based out of middle east. Coordinated and developed integrated project plans, regulatory frameworks and agreements, infrastructure and operations requirements and relevant partnerships for the same
