Improved the overall visual design and branding by refining colour usage, contrast, and mobile responsiveness. I also scaled up the service offerings by organising them into clear categories, building dynamic service detail pages, and standardising the content descriptions for each service. I also integrated a lead magnet to help build a potential client mailing list. Lastly, I strengthened profile credibility by enhancing the profile page, testimonials, and certifications.
