In the Northen part of Malawi, crickets are known as Nkhuluzu. These tiny insects are a delicacy for many people in this region and are also highly nutritious. I went to Mzimba and I documented Moses and his friends digging for the nutritious Cricket. ( Video and pictures were both taken on an Iphone )
